My Journey with Energy Healing

In one transformative year, my life radically changed. I left my corporate career as a #1 nationally ranked salesperson, ended a significant relationship, relocated, launched a business, and completed a myriad of certifications, I became sober and made massive lifestyle shifts aligned with my health goals.

Physically, I was healing: my inflammation melted away, my body weight normalized, and the “bone-deep adrenal fatigue” that had plagued me for years disappeared. Yet, despite these incredible changes, I felt flat, emotionally numb, and still battled lingering digestive issues and nervous system dysregulation. My life was improving on paper—but something was still missing... until I discovered Energy Healing.

Through Energy Healing, inner child work, and shadow work I released trauma, negative emotions, and disempowering beliefs that were stored deep within my body—blockages I didn’t even realize were adversely impacting my health, business, and life. As I let go, I transformed. I felt lighter—physically, emotionally, and energetically. Daily stress no longer consumed me, the digestive issues I’d struggled with for years finally cleared up, and the body I had battled for so long became my greatest ally.

Is distance (remote) energy healing just as effective as being in person?

Yes! Because energy isn’t bound by time, space, or distance, I can channel energy healing to you no matter where you are whether you’re across the room or across the world. During your session, I connect with your energy field, invite in your guides, your team of light, and the 12 Archangels to support a truly powerful and sacred healing experience.

Who is energy healing for?

What does a session entail?

We’ll begin by connecting over a short video call, where we’ll chat about your intention and anything you’d like me to know beforehand. Then, you’re welcome to turn your camera off, settle into a comfortable spot, light a candle or diffuse your favorite essential oil, and fully relax—perhaps wrapped in a blanket or with a pet nearby. I’ll guide you through a calming meditation to help you drop out of your mind and into your body, then begin the energy healing portion of the session. When it’s complete, I’ll gently invite you back to the present moment. If you're open to it, we’ll reconnect on video to share any insights or channeled messages that came through during the session.

What are the benefits of doing distance energy healing?

Remote energy healing offers the freedom to receive healing exactly where you feel most comfortable—right in your own space. You don’t have to worry about getting dressed up or driving across town. Instead, you can stay in your softest clothes, wrap yourself in your favorite blanket, and fully settle in.

If you have a pet, they’re welcome to be present during the session. Animals are often very receptive to energy energy and tend to naturally benefit just by being nearby.

Because I’m calibrated to my own environment, I’m able to channel energy at a very high frequency. And since remote sessions remove the physical distractions that sometimes come with in-person work—like touch, scent, or environmental noise—you may actually find it easier to sink into a deep state of relaxation and receivership. This quiet, uninterrupted space allows the energy to flow in a way that feels calm, natural, and deeply supportive.

What do I need to do to prepare for a session?

One of the most beautiful things about energy healing is that you don’t need to do much at all—simply be present and open to receiving. Some people like to come with a specific intention in mind, such as something they'd like to clear, shift, heal, or gain clarity around, but it’s not required.
